Indulge in this powerful 5 week program which includes 10 private personal training sessions.We’ll set goals based on your current level of fitness including endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. We will track your progress and validate your success! Tone and tighten buns and abs, strengthen lower back, develop core stability and improve muscle tone and cardiovascular endurance. Program includes warm up, work out and cool down with motivational music in an inspirational setting. Lengthen and strengthen muscles to release tension, improve posture, increase flexibility and build stability for low back, knees, hips and shoulders. Balance muscle groups to prevent over development and synergistic dominance on different sides of the body. We’ll guide your training in a safe and progressive manner in a fun and uplifting environment.

Get down to business with this 10 week fun filled program which includes 20 private personal training sessions. We’ll set goals based on your current level of fitness including endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. We will track your progress and validate your success! Boost your mood, increase energy, burn calories, deliver oxygen and nutrients vital to organs and muscles by exercising in the proper heart rate training zone. Track your progress and be amazed at your rapid improvements. Tone and tighten buns and abs, strengthen lower back, develop core stability and improve muscle tone. In just 10 short weeks, you’ll feel more confident and have more endurance! We’ll guide your training in a safe and progressive manner in a fun and inspirational environment. 

20 sessions for $1000

You Can Do It Sister!” – 40 Session Program 

Get involved with a 20 week life changing program which includes 40 private personal training sessions. This is a customized, fun, informative exercise program. We’ll set goals based on your current level of fitness including endurance, strength, balance and flexibility. We will track your progress and validate your success! Lose weight, reduce cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, burn calories, build muscle and improve metabolic efficiency through weight and circuit training, with quick nutrition tips.

40 sessions at $1,800

“Happy Heart”- 10 Session Cardiovascular Training Program

The health of your heart is the most important reason to maintain fitness. It is also one of the easiest! Energize and boost your day by exercising in your proper heart rate zone. Heart rate training provides oxygen and nutrients to the brain, organs, muscles, tendons and bones promoting weight loss, increased energy, reduced risk of injury, improved lung capacity, reduced blood pressure, reduced cholesterol, increased bone density and improved cognitive functioning. Stress, depression and anxiety symptoms may be managed with heart rate training.

“Stonehouse Paddlers” Outrigger Canoeing

(Limit 9 Paddlers per session)

Outrigger Canoe from the Santa Barbara Harbor with a team of women with a stunning backdrop of the City of Santa Barbara and the Los Padres National Forest and an abundance of sun, sea, surf, sand, wild life, sail boats and palm trees bursting all around creating an inspirational, awe inspiring experience every time. In-the-canoe, on-the-ocean class includes hands-on safety drills, technique training and team building. Canoes, paddles, safety equipment and locking box at the beach are provided. Wear layered, stretchy water wicking clothes, flip flops or water shoes. Bring a bottle of water and a good attitude.

“Cross Training for Paddlers” 10 Session Program

Build shoulder, core and back strength combined with cardiovascular and total body work-out. This in-the-studio program includes outrigger canoeing safety, protocol, tips and techniques. Feel your confidence and mood surge as you become part of a powerful and dynamic team of women ready to brave the ocean (in a safe and responsible manner), laugh and have a great time. This is a life-style enhancement program created to help you experience Santa Barbara’s most scenic and beautiful coastline while nourishing your mind, body and spirit. Beginners and experienced welcomed.

  Get Your Game On!” Golf Conditioning Program

Using the Optimum Training Performance protocol from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, this 8 week training program is designed to prevent injury and increase athletic performance, flexibility, core function, balance, power, strength and cardiovascular efficiency for improved swing mechanics, improved club head speed, decreased trajectory errors and reduced golf scores. This integrated golf conditioning training program is tailored to your individual needs and follows a progressive and systematic functional continuum. Great for beginning, intermediate and advanced golfers.
